PESERTA (PARTICIPANT)
A. Semua Klien dapat berpartisipasi dalam Campaign. The Campaign is open to all clients. B. Jika peserta tidak memiliki akun live di GKInvest, maka ia harus melanjutkan ke prosedur pembukaan akun live secara teratur. Jika peserta tidak memenuhi persyaratan pembukaan akun live, GKInvest berhak untuk membatalkan hadiah. If the participant does not have a live account with GKInvest, then he or she must proceed to the live account opening procedure on a regular basis. PERSYARATAN (REQUIREMENTS)
A. Semua peserta harus berusia 21 tahun atau lebih. All participants must be 21 years of age or older.. B. Semua peserta yang memenuhi Syarat & Ketentuan berhak untuk mengikuti campaign ini. This campaign is open to all participants who meet the Terms & Conditions. C. Jika peserta yang memenuhi syarat telah didiskualifikasi, dia tidak dapat berpartisipasi lagi If a qualified participant is disqualified, he or she is no longer eligible to participate. -
PEMBATASAN (RESTRICTIONS)
A. Staff and/or relatives of Global Kapital Investama Futures or other related companies are not allowed to participate in this campaign. If a qualified participant is disqualified, he or she is no longer eligible to participate. B. Peserta harus Trading sendiri dan tidak dapat diwakili oleh pihak ke-3 atau orang lain. Participants must trade alone and cannot be represented by a 3rd party or other person. C. Scalping (Posisi/transaksi di bawah 2 menit) tidak diterima dalam campaign. Scalping (Positions/transactions under 2 minutes) is not accepted in the campaign. D. Peserta harus menahan diri dari perilaku tidak jujur dan tidak adil meskipun kegiatan ini tidak sepenuhnya dijelaskan dalam aturan. Termasuk hal-hal di bawah ini: - Berbagai taktik tim yang mencakup konsolidasi peserta dalam grup dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan besar pada salah satu akun.
- Trading dengan arah yang berlawanan dalam satu atau lebih akun.
- Segala jenis manipulasi trading
- Keuntungan apa pun dari harga non-pasar, latensi, atau masalah teknis.
- Kegiatan lain yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang tidak adil atas peserta lain
Participants must refrain from dishonest and unfair behavior even if this activity is not fully described in the rules. Including the things below: - Various team tactics that include consolidating participants in a group with the aim of getting a big profit on one of the accounts.
- Trade in opposite directions in one or more accounts.
- All kinds of trading manipulation
- Any gain from non-market pricing, latency or technical issues.
- Other activities used to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.

MEKANISME KOMPETISI (COMPETITION MECHANISM)
A. Klaim hadiah harus dilakukan melalui formulir klaim setelah persyaratan terpenuhi. Prize claims must be made via the Claim Form once the conditions are met. B. Klien hanya dapat mengklaim satu hadiah. Untuk bisa mendapat hadiah lain, klien harus mendaftar lagi secara terpisah. Clients can only claim one prize under one registration. In order to claim other prizes, the client must register for every prize separately. C. Klien dapat top-up depositnya untuk upgrade hadiah/reward. Clients can top-up their deposit for prize upgrades. D. Klien harus menyelesaikan durasi trading minimum/maksimum untuk mengklaim hadiah. Clients must complete the minimum/maximum trading duration to claim the prize. E. Klien harus memenuhi persyaratan lot untuk mengklaim hadiah. The client must meet the lot requirements to claim the prize. F. Kampanye hanya berlaku untuk Forex, Logam, Energi, dan Indeks. Single Stock tidak termasuk. Campaign only applies to Forex, Metals, Energy and Indices. Single Stock not included. G. Hanya lot yang sudah dilikuidasi yang akan dihitung Only lots that have been liquidated will be counted H. Posisi Hedging tidak dihitung. Hedging positions are not counted. I. Hadiah tidak dapat diuangkan Prize cannot be change to cash J. Hadiah tidak dapat dipindahtangankan Prizes are non-transferable K. Hanya peserta yang mencapai jumlah minimum deposit sampai durasi trading berakhir yang berhak mengklaim reward. Bila klien menarik dananya sebelum durasi trading berakhir, maka klaim tidak akan diproses. If clients withdraw the money to register the prize before trading period ends, claims will not be processed. L. Klien bisa mendaftar untuk campaign yang berbeda, tapi pencapaian deposit dan jumlah lot hanya terhitung untuk satu campaign reward yang terdaftar. Trading duration is the maximum time for the clients to achieve specified required lots. The lots traded after the trade duration are not counted. At the end of the specified trade duration, all counted lots are set to zero. The trade duration starts when the first trade is opened after registration. And the client, cannot claim any reward within the trade duration. -
PERSYARATAN LAINNYA
A. Peserta harus mengakui dan menerima bahwa, jika mereka diberikan hadiah oleh GKInvest, mereka dapat diminta untuk berpartisipasi dalam acara promosi, wawancara, pengumuman publik sehubungan dengan campaign dan GKInvest dapat menggunakan nama, riwayat perdagangan, dan referensi trading mereka. Participants must acknowledge and accept that, if they are awarded a prize by GKInvest, they may be asked to participate in promotional events, interviews, public announcements in connection with the campaign and GKInvest may use their name, trading history and trading references. . B. Jika GKInvest mendeteksi bahwa klien telah menyalahgunakan ketentuan campaign ini dengan melindungi posisinya secara internal atau eksternal, atau dengan metode mencurigakan lainnya, GKInvest berhak untuk mendiskualifikasi klien dari kampanye atau menghentikan akses klien ke layanan yang disediakan oleh GKInvest. Penyalahgunaan termasuk hedging, scalping dan segala jenis pelanggaran pada sistem. If GKInvest detects that a client has abused the terms of this campaign by protecting its position internally or externally, or by other suspicious methods, GKInvest reserves the right to disqualify the client from the campaign or terminate the client's access to the services provided by GKInvest. Abuse includes hedging, scalping and any kind of system breach. E. Trive Invest Futures berhak untuk mengubah, membatalkan atau membatasi penawaran ini kepada setiap peserta. Trive Invest Futures reserves the right to change, cancel or limit this offer to each participant. F. Trive Invest Futures berhak untuk mengubah syarat dan ketentuan campaign ini tanpa persetujuan peserta.
